  • Idle Hours • $50 – $75 per hour
    Perfect for when you want the booth fully built and ready early, but temporarily paused (e.g., during dinner or a wedding ceremony) so your live runtime isn't wasted.

  • Early Setup / Late Takedown • $100
    Guarantees a completely finished setup more than 2 hours before your start time, or covers an extended teardown window past standard venue cleanup rules.

Travel & Boundaries

  • Excess Mileage Fee • Custom Quoted
    Our flat package rates apply exclusively to venues within Seattle, Tacoma, and their immediate surrounding areas. Events extending outside this zone will receive a custom quote based on distance and travel logistics.
