What are the electrical and space requirements for the open-air booth?
We require a flat 10x10 foot area with a minimum 8-foot ceiling clearance. The booth needs access to a dedicated 15-amp outlet within 20 feet of the setup area to ensure stable power for our studio lighting and high-speed printers.How early do you arrive to set up?
Our team arrives exactly 90 minutes before your scheduled start time. This ensures plenty of time for load-in, physical assembly, lighting calibration, and test prints well before your first guests walk through the door.Is setup and breakdown time included in our package hours?
No. You are only paying for active booth operation runtime. All arrival setup, testing, and post-event teardown are completely complimentary and handled entirely outside your contracted operational hours.

Can we use our own corporate branding on the photos and the booth?
Yes. Every package includes custom graphic design overlay templates matching your exact brand colors, fonts, and logos. Our premium tiers also offer custom backdrop media walls, custom screen user interfaces, and full vinyl booth hardware wrapping.How do guests receive their digital photos?
Guests instantly receive their photos via text, email, or by scanning a personal QR code displayed directly on the booth screen. Our digital sharing runs on a high-speed cellular hotspot network, meaning venue Wi-Fi is never a requirement.Can you collect email addresses or data for marketing leads?
Yes. Our Gold and Platinum packages offer GDPR-compliant data capture features. We can securely log guest emails, phone numbers, or customize a short survey question on screen before the photo session begins.
Insurance & Booking
Do you carry Liability Insurance?
Yes. We carry a comprehensive $2,000,000 General Liability policy. We can easily add your corporation, venue, or event planning agency as an "Additionally Insured" party and deliver a Certificate of Insurance (COI) within 48 hours of booking.What is your cancellation and postponement policy?
We require a non-refundable retainer payment to lock in your date, with the balance due 14 days before the event. If your event date changes, your full balance can be transferred to any available date within 12 months with no penalty.

• 100% Fully Insured: We maintain comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance. A standard Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be generated and sent straight to your venue coordinator upon request.
• Offline Functionality: No venue Wi-Fi? No problem. Our state-of-the-art software works perfectly offline, queueing text shares and sending them out automatically the moment our gear reconnects to a network post-event.
