4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

  • Digital Media:* Active online galleries are hosted and publicly accessible for exactly fourteen (14) days following the event date, after which the link expires and media is archived.

  • Contact Logs:* Guest phone numbers and email addresses typed into the booth are strictly used for instant media transmission and are purged from our active local booth logs following successful delivery.

  • Opt-Out Rights:* Any event guest or corporate entity has the right to request the immediate, permanent removal of their image or personal information from our active public online galleries or marketing channels. To request removal, contact us at photobooth@luxephotolounge.com with a description or link to the photo.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website is directed toward adult clients looking to purchase event services. While our photo booths are frequently used by children at family events, we do not knowingly or intentionally harvest or retain personal information from children under the age of 13 without implicit parental supervision at the activation zone. Per our Terms of Service, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult when using the equipment.

6. SECURITY MEASURES

We implement industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial security protocols to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, please be aware that no transmission of data over the cellular web or Wi-Fi network can be guaranteed 100% secure. Luxe Photo Lounge LLC cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of data transmitted to us under weak venue network conditions.
