3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We treat your personal information with strict confidentiality. Your data is shared only under the following circumstances:

  • The Corporate Event Sponsor: All captured imagery and opted-in contact data are delivered directly to the specific corporate entity that contracted our services for the event.

  • Core Technical Vendors: Data passes securely through our specialized photo booth software engines and SMS/email gateway providers solely to execute instant digital delivery.

  • No Public Selling: Luxe Photo Lounge never sells, rents, or trades consumer phone numbers or email databases to outside third-party marketing brokers.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard physical and electronic safety protocols to safeguard consumer data:

  • Encrypted Transfers: Digital photos and contact fields are transmitted via secure, encrypted protocols to our cloud storage network.

  • Automatic Deletion: Unless a long-term storage agreement is requested by the corporate host, local files are securely wiped from our mobile hardware units within 14 days of event conclusion.
